The two-storey dwelling house of merchant Serop Akinian was built during 1905-1906. This simple building is defined by different colour bricks and sparingly used Classicist elements. The statues of boys with pipes located in oval open spaces of a curvilinear pediment add unique charm to the house and coziness to the entire street.
Modern replicas of the boys’ statues can be found in the central part of the city boulevard.
